Smokey is a 1-year-old Rottweiler in Birkenfeld, OR, who needs $2,000 for Surgery to Repair Broken Leg.

Smokey lives indoors with a family of 4. And a Yorkie sibling who is his best friend.
He is 16 months old. And loves the outdoors. Smokey is an indoor pet. And he loves going running freely in the woods that we live in where nobody else is around us. Smokey is our family. And even with him being in pain he's still cuddly and gentle and understands what we are doing is only because we love him.

Smokey is the most happy and gentle rottweiler you could ever imagine. Always has a smile on his face and always looking to dance with one of his family members or play with his mini Yorkie sibling. Smokey lives the beach and the outdoors. He loves any human and animal around him. He definitely loves sleeping in our bed.

Smokey got very excited and jumped off the bed of our truck..f150 and landed wrong and we believe he has broken it. The vet won't see us without money down which we do not have at this moment. We have been putting antibiotics on it and wrapping it for now. We do not qualify for care credit and the funding is out of limits at this time for the local emergency vets. As of 3/19/23

The vet is saying smokey will need surgery and a cast or amputation depending how long it takes him to be seen. We did not foresee this happening and are devistated that not having enough funds currently will effect smokey from living his best life in the future running around the house and woods. Please help.

I'm on a fixed income. I just purchased a house and every penny goes to my children and home at this time. I'm barely making it on the income I have so having a savings is nearly impossible.
