Hello animal lovers, My name is Smokey Bones. I’m a 2 yr old lovable boy who’s had a rough start. I found my family earlier this year with an injured tail due to a possible car accident. I tried to run away and came back with a bloody ear and infection.

I’ve learned to stay home where I’m loved by 3 little girls. I love to put my harness on and explore the outside with my family. In cold or rainy days I stay in and bat around my little baby squishmallows down the hall way.

I love to wake my mommy up with kisses and cuddles to eat her know I’m ready for breakfast. I’m quite attached to her and before my accident loved to follow her into every part of the house. I’m always involved.

Recently my family has discovered that I need 2 separate hip surgeries to decrease my chances of early arthritis and live a pain free, longer life. We have 3-4 weeks to raise this money. The sooner I can be out of pain the better. I will be receiving my surgery at EAH(Elizabethtown Animal Hospital)as soon as the money is raised.

My owners have tried their best to take care of their 3 children and 2 fur babies with one steady income. They dont have the heart to let me go on like this. It would mean the world to me and my new family to have this surgery and not have to rehome me to receive the care.
