Smokey is a 3 year old Mix-Breed in Lucedale, , who needs $500 for Diagnosis and Treatment.

I met Smokey whenever he was a few weeks old. I swore I would not own any more pets but seeing this precious puppy covered in fleas, I had help him. I took him in and I'm so glad I did. He was so playful, full of joy and stole my heart.

I do not know Smokey's condition to be honest. I just know what I learned searching the internet. He has lost all of his hair and is skin is covered in sores from excessively scratching. He's not playful anymore and just seems depressed. I've tried allergy chewable pills, flea pills, several shampoos and sprays but his condition has not improved.

He's always excited whenever I walk through the door. I know I'm going to be met with him jumping, barking and trying to lick me in the face. He loves racing me people on bikes. He's really a joy to have around.

It breaks my heart seeing him suffering from his condition. A vet can tell me exactly what he needs to be well again. I've heard vet bills can be very expensive, especially when test are involved. I would just love to see him with a full coat and not itching.
