Snitch is a 10-year-old Border Collie in Epping, NH, who needs $2,000 for Blood Test, Meds for Comfort, and Possibly Chemo.

Snitch is a 10 year old Border Collie. She has a brother who was a rescue beagle/terrier mix. She also has an African Grey parrot, that she has taken charge of, letting me know when he climbs down off his cage, when it's time to get up, go to bed, or even a bath, she's there to make sure he's safe. Like most brothers Scrap (beagle/terrier mix) can be a pain, but has fought to save him from attack.

In 2018, I had several strokes and if not for her, I would have landed in assisted living. Her help is beyond explanation. If I drop something, she's there to pick it up. A wallet, a pen, even a broom. In fact, I'm here most serious charge. She will NOT leave this house unless I am too, this includes someone taking her for a walk.

All her behavior is endearing, but it's the help she provides when I can't retrieve something off the floor. Often she doesn't have to be asked, she can be in another room and hear a thud...shes there instantly.

She had gotten a few UTI's over the course of 3 years. I asked the vet why, and she was wondering the same thing. One thing lead to another and we found the tumor at the beginning of the year. I borrowed money for an ultra sound and it was confirmed. When she was acting up again and i got help to check it. The news was less than happy for me

Because of the strokes, I can no longer work. I live alone and on SS. That's not easy just taking care of a house, never mind a sick pet, who has been my right arm for the last 5 years...literally. She saved my life, I feel the need to return the favor.
