Feb 1st, 2015 my daughter and I walked into an animal shelter and found the most spunky little Bichon mix . We were told she was turned in by an elderly man who's couldn't no longer keep her and that she was fixed. We could not leave without her. We named her Snow White. She is feisty, playful, and most importantly family.

Snow White is a spunky little Bichon mix. She is an amazing addition to our family. She's playful, she cuddles, and she has become my sons's best friend. She plays with her "little" brother Max (our large boxer) very well. She has helped all of us through many tough times. Now we're hoping that you will help us help her through her toughest.

Snow will stand on her tippy toes when excited. We like to say she's like a ballerina because my daughter dances. We always say to her "Snowy are you dancing for me?" We love her dancing.

It turns out that the animal shelter we got her from all those years ago did not fix her. We were unaware of this. All the paperwork said she was fixed. Last night she was not acting right. She was shaking, lethargic, not eating, not drinking, and not going to the bathroom. We took her to the vet today and she has pyometra, an infected uterus.

Things are tight. Long story short, I'm a single mom who went to school to become a teacher and it cost great financial hardship on my family. Now with this unexpected emergency we are not sure how we will afford it. We are barely making ends meet as it is.
