About this campaign
My family and I rescued Snowy from a neglected home. Snowy currently lives as a house dog surrounded by his family. He is our only pet. He has a comfy bed with a warm blanket and lots of toys near my bed as he is always by my side. Snowy is well cared for with lots of outfits and yummy food to choose from.
Snowy loves to go for walks in local areas in our town. These include local parks, trails near bodies of water, and around the neighborhood. He loves to play with his squeaky toys. He interacts with family members by jumping on them for attention while wagging his tale. Snowy shakes hands with his paw when given a yummy snack.
Snowy is a special dog as he has been there as my support animal through my diagnosis and journey of having lupus. He was there to make my days better even when I couldn't care for myself. As a family, we have created many happy memories with Snowy that are held close to our hearts. Snowy isn't just a pet to us, he is a member of our family. We love him dearly.
Snowy has recently been diagnosed with 10 bladder stones that are too large to dissolve naturally. With that, he is in need of surgery to surgically remove them as he is at risk of an infection. Our veterinarian has been very informative and caring throughout this process.
This was an unexpected financial medical expense for our family. I am currently employed part time as I am a full time student in my senior year of high school. Any help is greatly appreciated that can contribute to saving our dog. We aren't ready to say goodbye.
