My boyfriend gifted me our lovely Sophie fall of 2020. From the day he brought her, my life has been intoxicated with joy. Sophie is the sweetest dog I have ever encountered. She lives with me, my 3 younger brothers, little sister and parents. She is never in a cage because someone is always there to give her love, and attention. Our home is broken for what happened to our girl.

Sophie is one of a kind! She loves her cuddles and belly rubs. There is this spot under her neck that instantly makes me close her eyes, taking her into a mental relaxation vacation. She sleeps with my younger brother, Chris. She just lays in between his legs, curls into a ball, and sleeps there. She loves walks around the neighborhood. When she sticks her tongue out, you know she is happy.

Sophie is special for million of reasons. Believe it or not, she LOVES to play hide-n-seek with my little sister. We would tell Sophie to stay, my sister would go hide, then Sophie would go find her and start giving her kisses when she succeeds her mission. Another thing that makes us smile is when she see's me pull in the driveway, she peeks her head out the window and starts crying of joy.

Sophie was attacked from another dog. We did not have time to exchange information as she was bleeding and needed emergency assistance. She currently is in the animal hospital getting surgery on her arm, and shoulder blade. The dog ripped out a lot skin tissue from our Sophie, which would possible result in limited to no movement in her arm. Her neck and belly is also injured as well.

Sophie's medical bills are $789.51. We have raised 4k for her surgery, but need assistance covering the rest. Our home is shattered, leaving us with a void in our heart. Our home is not a home without our Sophie girl. I would spend my last penny for her
