Sophie is a pure bread Boston Terrier age 6 years old with a Boston temperament. She is extremely affectionate to her family AND strangers alike! We were blessed with her 6 years ago from a wonderful woman!! Thus far she has had 2 brothers (more boston terriers) one that had passed and one that is just as spunky as she is! Sophie is our child! When Sophie lost her older brother, she went though a depression for a little while. Sophie turned to hand balls as her companion. Now EVERYTIME you see her, she has a ball in her mouth! Then Wesley came along and now we have 2 Bostons and HUNDREDS of hand balls in every color in our house! When she doesn't have the ball, Sophie is loving up on myself husband AND daughter.

My husband had covid and was in the hospital for over 2 months. It was a nightmare. Although he is back home and doing well, his job cut his hours BY HALF! There isnt anything he can do until another position opens up again. I took on all the bills while this situation is on

Sophie has advance cataract in BOTH eyes. Her specialist recommends cataract surgery for both eyes. The success rate for Boston's with this surgery is 91%. One eye is worse than the other. When we went for the first consult the dr didn't think it was that bad. Turns out it was worse. We all ready paid for all the testing leading up to the surgery. When we were told the price I was SHOCKED!

Her favorite thing is to play catch. But there's a catch, she's the one throwing. She is in love with handballs and always trying to get in a game no matter what. Her ball is one of her bestfriends and you'll never find her without it. Although it's what she's known for, since the cataracts started forming it's not the same because she's constantly looking or sniffing trying to find her bestfriend
