Sorsha is a 1 year old Doberman Pinscher in Lodi, , who needs $2,000 for Bacterial Infection.

We decided to adopt Sorsha from a rescue last June, she came to them as a breeder surrender from Georgia and we fell in love. He name comes from the Movie Willow, she was the Queen in that movie and the Queen in our lives. She lives here with us in Lodi, WI along with a fur sister Bailey, a fur brother Emmett and a human sister Ellie who loves her dearly.

Currently Sorsha is being treated at the University of Wisconsin Vet for something even they can't explain. About 2 months ago she started getting a limp in her back leg. When we took her to her vet they noticed unusual fluid build up in her knee. After joint taps they concludes it was IMPA (immune mediated poly arthritis) and started treatment. About 2 weeks ago she took a turn.

When we got her as a puppy she was a ball of energy and quickly became Emmetts best friend. He is 3 and a mix of playful breeds and they just hit it off. They love to play tugga with the toys and chase after each other. She became my protector and my daughters as well. She loves to goof off and just get all the loves. She truly is the sweetest girl.

I currently am on a medical leave from work for health issues and trying to manage my health and hers has been a struggle. We have encountered large bills, as of now it's close to $10,000 and could grow. We were not prepared for this but she is family and you do what you can
