Soy sauce came into my life in 2011 during my junior year of highschool and has been with me through my teen and adult years. She's my best friend and one of my biggest emotional supports in life and has helped me get through some really challenging times. We've been through everything together and she is my ray of light. Soy Sauce is a 14 yr old diabetic cat who recently fell ill after a return from staying in boarding for a few days. She has been hospitalized since 2/17 and has been struggling with Diabetic Ketoacidosis, pancreatitis, anemia, and anorexia. We are in the process of getting her stable for an e-tube to help with feeding and figuring out the cause of her condition.

Soy sauce is a very chatty and bright cat. She chitters & chirps - I've never met a cat that talked as much as her ^_^ Her favorite past times are watching live bird streams on youtube, doing speed runs through the house, having convos with family members, and taking long naps after eating chicken delectable treats. She is a very skeptical old lady but is very loving and cuddly once she warms up.

Soy sauce's hospitalization was so unexpected. I am currently unemployed & still paying bills from her last ER visit for DKA in 12/2025. Her current ER bills are at $30k and I have run out of options to pay. Loans, credit, & insurance have been maxed. Anything helps <3
