Sparky is a 5-year-old Shih Tzu mix in Philadelphia, PA, who needs $800 for surgery to remove warts.

We adopted Sparky on august 19,2017 from Paws. He had been abandoned on the Philly streets for some time. He had ear infection, skin disorders, and allergies. My husband was just completing his cancer treatments. My husband was now more house bound and longed for a little dog to love. We seen Sparky and it was love❤. But Sparky has many issues and now needs surgery, and also treatment by an allergy specialist. He has skin lesions on his legs and paws. He bites at the lesions and they open and bleed. He has two that need surgery ASAP. As seniors we are using our savings up on special food and vet bills. Sparky is truely suffering and needs the surgery and follow up with the allergy specialist. Can you please help?
