We got speedy from a farm in Ohio. We drove 4 hours to get him and his brother. He is a basset blue heeler mix. He is 1 1/2 years old. The sweetest pup every to people he knows!

He is rambunctious. Getting into stuff sitting at the table like a human. Even eating at the table occasionally. He is one of us. He is my baby, I love him tremendously and genuinely feel heartbroken at the moment. He loves snuggles and kisses. Play fighting and training

Speedy started throwing up on 1-3 and we didn't think much of it till it was constant all night into 1-4. I made an appointment at his normal vet,they took xrays and there was a blockage in his small intestines. Their opinion was that it was a blockage and needed an emergency visit for surgey(they have no openings), so that's were I am.

There is just not enough income for me currently to cover the cost by myself, there is help but not much. He is my best friend my baby and he will need surgery. I genuinely don't think I will be ok without him
