Spooky is a trap and release that chose to live with me and become my baby girl. My fiancé and I moved into an old farm property 6 years ago and she was living there and being cared for my the prior tenant. Unfortunately he couldn’t take spooky with him because he was allergic so we promised we would care for the tiny cat, low and behold she chose to stay with us and become an indoor house cat.

Spooky is friends with anyone she meets and is highly loved especially by not only us but our pet rabbit. They are best friends! She is truly a one of kind animal. Her heart is bigger than she is and she doesn’t deserve to have these issues. She’s tiny but has a BIG personality that resonates with everyone she meets!

Due to COVID I lost my part time job last March which was an extra 1500 a month and most recently my fiancé was injured at work and still has not received any compensation! We are struggling to stay afloat and keep our car and home and don’t have the extra funds for this

For as long as we have had her she has had absolutely no health issues. Even living outside for many years! This started with a cough that has led to severe congestion, bloody snots, and diminished ability to breathe. She’s been on 3 different antibiotics and is now on prednisone for inflammation and to stimulate her appetite. She requires specialized care we cannot afford.

Spooky is unique not only the fact that she’s tough at only 5.8lbs but she is extremely affectionate and friendly. She’s fearless and let’s nothing stop her. She just wants to be loved. A true lap cat in every sense of the word! She has become an expert at being in the shower for steam time and absolutely loves when I feed her, she gets syringe fed once a day now as she has difficulty eating.
