About this campaign
I was going through a Divorce in 2011, which was not a great time for me. Visited a friend in San Diego who lived in military housing, this is when I met Spot. He immediately ran to me & played with me the whole visit, would not leave my side. Next week friend called & asked if I could take him in. Hesitated for a moment, I was moving and trying to recover from my divorce. But I said YES
Spot is well behaved, loves the outdoors. Loves going for walks and playing with his toys. He loves jumping in my bed for naps or late at night to snuggle.
Spot has his own attitude. He is not the best workout partner for walks lol, but I love just watching him play outside, he is so curious of everything. Not sure if all dogs do this, but he has this quirky thing that he does, he spins several times before he poops lol. Since this issue he is not as cheerful & has very low to no energy.
Spot has not been neutered, so he has a large Anal Mass that has ruptured & is infected. It needs immediate removal. The Specialist Dr Arash I think at Case Hospital quoted $5000 to perform an Anal Sacculectomy, so you can image my shock. I do not have Pet insurance & can not come up with this amount. I am scared the longer left untreated will case more serious issues. I do not want to lose him.
I was laid off last year in Oct, started working again in Nov from home full time. So this cost is unexpected & alot to pay all at once. I need assistance or some type of payment options, I tried getting credit; but was denied.
