Spot is a 4-year-old Cat in Saint Paul, MN, who needs $2,000 for Diagnosis and Treatment

I was buying a TV at Best Buy and they had a Peg Smart near. So while waiting for my TV I decided to visit the PetSmart and the second I walked in and saw him I fell in love he was skinny and shaking and hiding in the corner of his enclosure but he was the cutest thing ever. I told them to not let anyone else try to adopt him. I came back the next day after filling out paperwork, he was mine. Love

It’s just us so we give each other love and support. Just seeing him can bring a smile to my face, he is very friendly and very happy. He is my handsome little man, he lives well he has the best food and the best toys and treats. He has cat condos and scratch posts and houses. He has a house with a heated floor and he wants for nothing.

Spot is so special to me, he keeps me grounded and happy. He thinks he is a dog because he is always acting like one. He will eat out of my hand, he likes to jump on me and sleep. He meows all the time, he won’t eat unless I’m scratching his back. He plays fetch and likes taking a bath, he follows me wherever I go including the bathroom where he lays at my feet and waits for me to take a shower.

He has a urinary problem and his eyes have black discharge coming from them. He is dehydrated and not eating food that he would normally be begging me for more of. He is always at my feet or on my lap, moaning and groaning. He doesn’t want to play or do much of anything, sometimes he goes into one of his sleeping houses and doesn’t come out for 6 hours or more. He struggles to use the litter box.

I was in the hospital with legionnaires disease and I was in a a coma for a month. I lost my job and I live off Veterans Disability Compensation. I need my cat he keeps me sane and grounded and helps with my PTSD, he is truly an emotional support animal.
