Squirrel is a 3-year-old Long Hair Cat in Grayling, MI, who needs $1,000 for Blockage.

We found Squirrel alone, starving and full of fleas 3 years ago and he's been a part of our family since. He's such a good boy always sweet and very caring. I became homeless last year due to cancer taking me out of work and during that time we lived in a tent in the woods and Squirrel stayed right by my side through it all and now I need to help him the way he did me!

Squirrel is a easy going, quiet guy! He loves his cat siblings and will do anything to avoid a confrontation. He loves food and enjoys spending time with his family being lazy. He is just like a man in so many ways when it comes to grooming and snoring lol We don't want to see what life is like with no Squirrel, he's a huge part of our lives and very much loved...

Squirrel is kinda like a typical male horrible at grooming, eats like a pig, snores like a freight train but the best part of your life and you can't live without them! He will go on walks with us and will always run ahead and fall onto his back right in front of us and want us to stop an rub his belly so walks take a very long time but I wouldn't change anything!

We are not exactly sure what is going on but he got out and was gone for about 4 days, when we found him he had a bunch of his fur peeling off of him at the skin and runny eyes. Two days ago he started acting like he was gagging yesterday he started coughing and sneezing and tried to eat but has been vomiting everything up for 3 days now. He is becoming more lethargic and wretching a lot of vile.

I have no way of getting the help for my fur son Squirrel. I've been fighting cancer for over a year and unable to work. NEMSCA is actually paying my rent as of now. I want to be there for Squirrel in his hard times like he is always there to help me through.
