We obtained Star 2 years ago, at the time we were not aware of any health issues.

Star will forever be on medical treatment due to her cushings disease with daily meds to control it. She has come a long way with stability as long as she receives her meds every morning. Our equine vet is Blue Water Equine Hospital

Star is a very special mustang who trusts very few people. Due to her health condition with noted past seizures we handle her special care to ensure she doesn't have future episodes. We have been blessed understanding her condition and ensure proper handling so she does not get stressed.

As a 501c3 nonprofit rescue & sanctuary we not only help mustangs but all equines, donkeys, felines, dogs and farm animals with special needs to ensure a sanctuary for them to live. Providing all medical needs & special requirements. Being soley funded by donations.
