Stella is a 5-year-old Border Collie/Black Lab in Edmonton, AB, who needs $2,000 for Cruciate Ligament Repair.

Stella is such an energetic and loving dog. She loves everything and her favourite thing to do is play fetch and just run for hours. I had her since she was a little puppy and raised her into an amazing girl.

Stella use to love to go on hikes and the dog park and play with every dog but now her injury really limits her to the point she can not even walk. She loves anyone and is so caring with other animals.

My dog is like my companion, she is always there for me when I’m sad and does silly things to cheer me up. Me and her have been through everything and she deserves the best

Stella was out in the backyard for about 5 minutes and came back into the house limping. I was so worried and brought her to boreal veterinary centre and saw Dr.Lindsey kurach and she has a cruciate ligament tear. Stella can’t even walk anymore and has to be carried everywhere. She can’t go on walks that she loves and she is getting depressed.

It’s been a hard time with money and this injury happened so sudden and I am hoping to get the surgery done as soon as possible to give Stella back her quality of life, to give her a life she deserves. I would love to see Stella happy again running around and just to be her
