About this campaign

She was found in a shelter in Colorado 13 years ago. When I saw her I couldn’t believe my eyes. She was a once in a lifetime unicorn companion... A white corgi Shepard (how in the world did that happen?!) She instantly stole my heart. She was only a few months old and I knew she’d be mine forever. She has been the only consistent relationship in my life (seeing me through moving cross country, breakups, life events all the triumph and tragedy as life continues to unfold) often she was the only companion I had. She is incredibly intelligent, loving and affectionate. Every day I continue to be amazed by her and do all the people who are close to her. She’s my “fur baby” and only child.... amazingly, although in dog years she is considered “older” she has the spunk of a much younger dog (see video:this was a few months ago-not bad for a old lady?!).

Recently I noticed a large lump on her from right leg. I took her to a veterinary clinic and was referred to an pet oncologist. He said that the initial biopsy of the tumor was to vague to gather exact information about the cell structure) but the tumor needed removing. The estimated bill was upwards of $4,000. The tumor has been growing larger and affecting her walking a little. My hope is to have it removed sooner then later. With your help, I hope she can continue to live a tumor free, full life with me for many years to come.

Thank you for your help and support... I promise to pay it forward.
