This is my baby girl, Stella. I gave her to my husband as a Father’s Dat gift…but, she has always been my baby. She’s our whole world now that our last human baby moved out. Her and our cat, Khalil, think they are twins. I’ve never seen a cat and dog love each other so much! We love this dog more than anything but are in a bind right now and don’t have any way to come up with the $1400 .

This girl is a snuggler…when she’s sleeping she has to be touching me somewhere! I work early mornings, so about 8pm every night she sits in the hall looking at me like “come on Mom, it’s time for bed!” I can’t imagine a day without her. I know she’s always going to be waiting for me and I love to walk in and she’s jumping all over me. I need her as much as she needs me - probably more!

She loves her friends…you can say Baylie’s (our youngest human) name to her and she bolts for the window to see if she’s here. Same for Sam and Landon (our grandsons). You can tell by a huge tail-waggle and some talking or a growl who’s at the door. Britt and Jaelynn mean she might be going bye-bye and she loves seeing them!

About 2-3 days ago she started needing to go potty a lot and she had a few accidents in the house. and peed the bed - which she never does. Saturday night she squatted to pee and it was bloody. It scared me . Not many Vets open on Sunday, except Wedington Animal Hospital in Fayetteville. AR and luckily they could see her. X-rays showed a bladder full of stones. Surgery is the only option :(

2 weeks ago we got an awful phone call that my husband’s sister passed in West Virginia. The unexpected trip depleted anything we had saved. My husband is a disabled Veteran with many medical issues. I do work. We just need a little help to save our baby.
