I moved to Florida from Pennsylvania about 9 years ago. It was a lonely move and I had A hard time making friends. Once I found A perfect place to live and was settled in, Stella was gifted to me by a dear friend. It was love at first sight, best friends, my side kick, and my strength most days.

Stella has a sister Willow who sleeps next to us every night. She is a protective cuddle buddy of my god daughter and room mates 1 year old daughter. She is the first person to greet every visitor with a big smile. She is a core part of my life and household.

Stella is a big girl. I’ve always had her laying on my chest since she was a little pup, she’s not so little anymore yet insists she is still a lap dog, making sure she tries to make herself as small as possible and crawl into anyone’s lap who will allow her.

Stella had pyometra surgery back in March. It was just under $4000 and I paid It all out of pocket prior to them even doing the service after getting denied for care credit & the other program they offered. At her staple removal I was Advised that they found 2 tumors while inside of her and explained I’d need to have another surgery to remove them, and providing me a quote of $1775-2474

I cleaned my savings out to pay for her first surgery in March. It put me in a tough place financially and I’ve been struggling to catch back up sense. It would mean everything to have my happy healthy smiling best friend back to her old self.
