My beautiful girl Stella is one (1) year old & 10 months. She was an adoption from MADACC. She was young, approximately three (3) months old at the time of her adoption. She is so loved by my six (6) grandchildren. She's especially loved by the one who (unfortunately) has Autism (the youngest of them).

Stella has been limping for a few months. It became more predominant last week. She started holding up her (right) paw, putting little weight on it. I started to notice, the same leg started kind of, "boeing out." I took her to West Allis Veterinary Clinic. They needed to sedate her to do a few x-rays. She's been diagnosed with a soft tissue injury, for a shorter definition.

Stella is so special for many reasons. Chevy, my precious adoption, from the same place, had to be humanly put to sleep. His cancer returned after seven (7) year. I was devastated. Stella has filled that emptiness after my loss. She's full of love, happiness, & is a silly girl! She loves, absolutely everyone! She's so loving & comical!. With a bit of her own style of sassiness!

The end of last month, a roof had to be (fully) replaced, or the insurance company would drop their coverage. That being said. It would mean so much to see Stella living her best life insteadd of being in pain & limping around. I don't see human euthanizing her as an option.
