Stella is a 3 month old Labrador Retriever in Winterport , ME, who needs $2,000 for Emergency Vet Hospitalization.

Stella has been a healthy pup up until the end of this past week. Stella was seen at our regular vets Friday and things looked promising with her diagnosis and treatment plan. Moving through the weekend Stella became much worse and Sunday morning we ended up at the emergency vets.

Stella has extremely toxic Vitamin D/Calcium and we have no answers as to why even up to today. We have done so many tests and even the vets at the Eastern Maine Emergency Vet Clinic In Brewer Maine and Brewer Vet Clinic in Brewer Maine are still so unsure of what is going on with her.

Stella is our newest baby and animals are not just animals in our family. Stella is the smartest, most brilliant pup ever! She house-trained with no problem. She loves to swim and hang out with the chickens on our farm.

We have maxed out our Care Credit, maxed out another credit card, there is no end in sight for the vet hospitalizing 24 hours around the clock. She needs IV fluids and medications. Just one night at the emergency vet which is $700 and she is required to be there nightly.
