About this campaign

We adopted Stevie latest summer after I was diagnosed with MS. He was my couch buddy while I was recovering from a flare and a new brother to our 3 boys! He brought silliness and laughter during a hard time for is.

Stevie loves to join the boys when they play...especially if Nerf bullets are involved. Unfortunately, this vice has gotten him into a deadly situation. He has an obstructed small intestine. Fluids have not gotten the nerf tip to move and surgery is required. We were told this could cost up to $9,000.

Stevie is special because he stood for hope for our family during a hard time. Our 3 boys love him and are learning how to care for a pet. He is gentle and playful. He loves people and snuggles.

Our Financials have been tight this year due to my medical expenses from a lengthy hospital stay and chronic diagnosis. We also have 3 boys who are always expensive. We do not have any extra money for this expense.
