About this campaign

Stitch is a rescue from one of our local pet shelters, we have had her since she was 6 months old. She is a very sweet cat but is very afraid of loud noises, which includes thunder/heavy rain and fireworks. She lives in a household with four other cats. She will be turning 7 in May and has been with us since she was a baby.

She loves laying in empty boxes and will cuddle with you on her own terms. She loves being brushed and body rubs. She gets along well with the other cats but will let you know if she feels you are invading her personal space. Her older brother is her favorite playmate and they love to "wrestle".

She is a very vocal cat and will talk to you frequently. Her eyes are a very unique color and they match her light colored fur perfectly. She loves to play with ribbons by dragging them around while running. Her favorite toys are small furry mice, we even had to bring her mouse home with her when we adopted her.

Stitch has always been a very health cat but recently we had to take her to the vet (VCA San Francis Hospital in Spring Hill) for a vomiting case. Blood work/labs/x-ray/ultrasounds were done and everything came back clean except the x-ray/ultrasound shows that she has bladder stones. They want to perform surgery to have them removed. We are trying RX food to see if that will dissolve the stones..

I have had large unexpected expenses the last few months and I have depleted my emergency funds. Stitch is part of our family and I am beyond stressed on how to come up with the money for her surgery. I am afraid to let this go for very long and it become worse
