Storm is a 5 year old Maltese in Pontiac, MI, who needs $1,800 for MRIT (Modified Retinacular Imbrication Technique).

I got Storm because the previous owner was having a baby and the dog she had, had puppies and even though she wanted to keep them all she said with the new baby coming it would have been too much going on at the same time. So I was blessed to get Storm in August of 2020 for $200. He lives with me, my Mother and his younger brother Nippy, who is a maltese and shih tzu mixed.

Right now I am looking to get help paying for Storm's surgery. It's MRIT surgery. Bloomfield Pointe Animal Hospital gave me an estimate for the surgery for around $1800.

Storm and Nippy LOVE being outside, running around the backyard, going for walks and hikes and enjoy doing tricks for treats. Since injuring himself Storm hasn't been himself, he can't go out and run around like he so desperately wants too and it's put a damper on his mood as well as mine and his partner in crime,Nippy.

It would mean the world to me to get help. I myself would be able to afford it, but I recently had to step down from my full time job because of my own health. I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer, so while getting treated for it I am unable to work as much as I used.
