Stormy is a 4 year old Mix-Breed in west newton , PA, who needs $500 for Surgery (Bladder Stone & UTI).

We stumbled upon Stormy in a rescue situation. She was found under a dock at a warehouse with her litter of kittens. No mom around, but we knew we had to help her. She was nursed to health with formula, etc. when she was around 6 weeks. Her name came because we found her in March of 2020 (covid) and it was a stormy, cloudy day, but she brightened our lives. We have 2 other kitties at home

Stormy was urinating blood and not using her litter box which is unlike her. We made a vet appt. and found out she has not only a bladder stone, but also a UTI. We purchased a specific diet and antibiotics, but ultimately surgery is preferred. Her vet is West Newton Animal Clinic.

Stormy being found during covid brightened our lives in such a scary time. We rescued her and can’t even imagine life without her. She is so playful and sweet.

Unexpected surgery was not what we were hoping to hear. Having a savings these days is tough, and we do everything we can to get by. My family is devastated and her brothers (Baby & Tigger) will be lost without her.
