Strider is a 17 year old American Shorthair in Dillon , MT, who needs $300 for Blood Work, Xray, and Medicinal Treatment.

Strider came into our lives unexpectedly. One snowy, winter night we slid open the back door and she came in like she owned the place. She lived down the road from us in a terrible situation, and I gladly took her in. She smelled of dead mice and had no idea " how to cat", but turned into the world's best cat! She now lives in our forever home and will forever too!

Recently I noticed Strider having a bit of a hard time swallowing and breathing with a swollen area on her neck. I took her in, had the area checked and was given antibiotics. She seemingly started to get better, but has made a drastic turn for the worse, and I worry she might not pull through.

There never was a kinder, more loving soul than Strider. She loves to groom the other pets in the home and sometimes the people too, haha. She loves to play with lasers and kickers. She always has people surprised when they find out her real age. She spends every night quite literally falling asleep inside her human's arms. If the word love was a real being it is definitely Strider.

Trying to figure out this mess has caused me to max out all of my credit cards and bank account. I need to take her back to the vet but simply have no money left. Having our sweet girl healthy is quite literally having the glue that holds this family together back to normal.
