Sue Sue is a 8 month old Yorkshire Terrier in Houston, TX, who needs $2,000 for Oxygen and Antibiotics.

I got Sue in December a few months after I had to put my 17 year old Pomeranian mix to sleep. She has quickly shown my heart. She is a feisty, fun, loving baby dog who is very much a happy part of our family.

She started breathing rapidly and acting lethargic on Friday. Over the past two days I’ve spent about $1k at the regular vet. Both times said she just had a resp infection and gave oral antibiotics. Today (day 3) she was worse and refusing to eat. We came to the emergency vet. They’ve diagnosed her with pneumonia. I’ve spent about $3k today but will need more. She is full of love and loves to give kisses! As soon as she wakes up in the morning, she attacks my husband with so many kisses he had to get away from her. She loves to be beside us and touching us at all times. She formed a very strong and sweet bond with our German shepherd.

We have a son who is waiting on a liver transplant for a genetic disease, so our finances are already strained. Over the last three days I’ve spent over $4k and can’t afford any more. They’re saying it may be a few more thousand to get her through this.
