About this campaign

Sully is our beloved indoor Great Dane, living with a family of five—Mom, Dad, Kayla (18), Landyn (13), and Sienna (12). We named him after the gentle giant from Monsters, Inc. because, despite his size, he’s the sweetest, most gentle dog. We've had him since he was 4 months old, and he's spoiled and well-loved, bringing endless joy to our home.

Sully was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, an aggressive form of bone cancer. Without treatment, he was given just two months to live. To manage his pain, Sully was prescribed gabapentin, and for swelling, he’s on Rimadyl. His diagnosis and treatment have been handled at Banfield Pet Hospital in Jacksonville.

Sully is truly a gentle giant. Despite his size, he’s a huge lap dog who loves to be close to us at all times. He follows us around the house like a loyal puppy, always wanting to be part of whatever we’re doing. His sweet, calm nature and constant companionship make him an irreplaceable member of our family.

Sully needs surgery to amputate his leg, costing $5,000-$6,000, plus pre-op bloodwork. While we can handle his weekly medications, the nearly $7,000 surgery cost is overwhelming. We’re doing what we can to keep him comfortable, but this surgery is crucial for his health.
