Sweetie is a 1 year old Mix-Breed in Barstow, CA, who needs $1,200 for Reset and Splint of Hind Leg.

Sweetie, although formerly a stray, is now indoor/outdoor--by her choice. Perhaps, with time, she'll become fully an indoor cat. She is sweet as her name suggests.

Sweetie (fixed) recently came to me with her kittens. BUT, just afterwards, person(s) unknown stole 1 of her kittens & attacked Sweetie. Her dislocated right hind leg now needs to be set and splinted at Animal Medical Center of Redlands on May 20, 2025 @7:30 am. This gives her the best chance of adoption going forward, keeping her from euthanasia. It will cost about $1200.

Sweetie purrs & is friendly despite all adversity, past & present, in her life. Our hope is for her to be eventually adopted out to the loving, patient home she deserves. Setting and splinting her dislocated hind leg is the only thing that will allow her to live out that dream--not only without pain, but with all four legs.

I do work, but only PT, as I also take care of my disabled adult son. It would mean so much to me to see Sweetie adopted out & permanently off the streets. I love her but can't keep her as I already have several of my own.
