About this campaign
We would like you to meet Taco. Taco is a Pit Bull and is just a little over a year old. Taco was rescued by his new family. He was being abused by his previous owner, and is now a member of our family. It took a bit of time for him to trust and feel at home, but he is now 100 percent a member of our family.
Taco absolutely loves people, but especially kids! He is an absolute sweetheart and loves his family. There isn’t a mean bone in his body. He loves to cuddle with his favorite member of the family, Trae. He actually smiles when interacting with people and especially his family. There are 5 kids in the family, and Taco loves them all!
I am a single parent raising 5 small children. Due to covid, I have had to stay home and do school work with the kids. My only source of income is a small child support payment right now. Taco’s bills have caused a great strain on my family.
Taco was experiencing a difficult time urinating. The first visit to the vet, they said he had a large kidney stone and several small ones. They put him on meds and a special diet for urinary problems. Then we took him to a new vet and the ultrasound said he had crystals in his urine, eventually he stopped urinating and was diagnosed with large bladder stones in his urethra and needed surgery.
Taco loves to play tug of war with his favorite toys. When he gets a new bed, he sleeps under it instead of on top of it. He loves to sit in the recliner with his paws on the armrest like a human. He waits at the window until we get home. He LOVES pizza crust. He stares at us in the morning until someone wakes up and takes him out. He won’t lay down until someone puts a blanket down.
