About this campaign

Tank is our rescue boy, and he has already overcome more hardship than any dog ever should. Before he came to us, he spent a long, lonely year sitting in a pound, followed by a home where he was kept in a crate most of his days. When we finally adopted him, we promised him he’d never have to feel unloved or trapped again.

Two torn ACLs that require surgery. The doctor recommended doing both at the same time but completely out of reach. It is 6500k just for one leg. After searching for the least expensive we found Blue Pearl.

If you met Tank, you’d know he is pure love. He’s a beautiful pitbull, boxer, and staffy mix with the biggest, most soulful goofy eyes. His favorite thing in the world is to clumsily climb into your lap to cuddle, and he truly doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. He is the gentlest soul we’ve ever known.

As seniors, living with a disability, we have faced our own heavy share of medical and financial hardships lately, making the cost of this vital surgery completely out of our reach on our own. We are turning to our community with humble hearts.
