Tank is a 9-year-old Pitbull in Port Orchard , WA, who needs $2,000 for Scar Revision/Resection.

We have had Tank since he was 6mo. old. He was from a litter of my co-workers and it was love at first sight. He makes us laugh on a daily basis. In 9yrs he hasn't slowed down a bit. His favorite activity is cuddling. He's a bed hog and a snorer and the sweetest soul. He loves to run wild in the house then go outside and just lay there lol.

Tank was in love with our older dog from the day they met. She didn't feel quite the same lol but now they are inseparable. We got a cat 4yrs ago and were worried because he's so big and curious, but he transitioned so well and that's his 2nd buddy. He's my foot warmer, our cuddle buddy, my other dogs best friend and our cat is obsessed with him and cleaning his ears!

Talker doesn't even start to describe Tank. He does this 'yeti' call thing that you can't help but laugh. He's a crieer, even when he's happy. He's startled by his own farts.. he is scared of anything new and avoided our garage for weeks because there was a new shovel in there. Yet he loves to chase the deer in our yard if given the chance.

Tank had a lump on his back that my vet believed to be a fatty tumor, it was biopsied and inconclusive. We removed another non cancerous tumor last year. Due to his family history I opted to remove this one as well. That sample came back as a soft tissue sarcoma. He was seen at by an oncologist and given the best possible outcome of a 2nd surgery and hopefully no chemo or radiation.

Tanks best friend, our older dog was diagnosed with cancer in March. Hers unfortunately does not have a good prognosis. With multiple surgery and oncology visits for both, diet changes, supplements, and medications it has added up faster than we gather funds.
