I fell in love with Tawny when my sister showed me a photo of her from Craigslist. This sweet old woman was moving to a facility that did not allow her to keep Tawny. She is the light of my life. My parents forced me to move out when I brought her home, I drove 40 mins every day to my friend’s house to see her twice a day until I moved out. A month after I got her, I moved to my house.

Tawny is struggling with megacolon. She needs to take laxatives daily. She hasn’t been eating and hasn’t been herself. She got an obstipation and was okay for a few days. When we first got her she was 16lbs, it’s been a year now and she is 9lbs. She needs help, I can’t stand to see her like this. She also needs teeth to be extracted. She’s a fragile old lady, but she is my forever baby.
