I actually got Taz for my mom when I was wrongfully diagnosed with stage 4 cancer as a companion. We found him in a parking lot on the way from ATL to NJ from a guy in a sketchy van. He went two weeks without a name until we realized he was basically a Tasmanian Devil—tearing up my room, spinning, and screaming just like the real Taz. He’s been our chaotic little fluff ever since.

Taz recently had a sudden medical emergency—he’s losing blood from an ulcer and now needs a transfusion and corrective surgery as soon as possible. He went from being a happy, energetic old-man-puppy to barely being able to lift his head. We’re doing everything we can to help him recover.

What can I say… Taz is the man, the pup, the tinkler, the spinner, the Lamb Chop humper, the smack-talker…the legend. He lights up everyone’s day. Even now, the vet said he’s the happiest sick dog she’s ever met and fell in love with him instantly. He’s truly special, and he means the absolute world to us.

Taz is our heart, our laughter, our comfort when we feel low and our joy at the door!
