Taz is a 6 year old Mix-Breed in Elk Grove, CA, who needs $12,000 for Emergency Spinal Surgery.

We got Taz as a puppy and he has been such a sweet addition to the family. We also have a chihuahua that was also a rescue and we love our dogs as part of our own family.

Our sweet Taz has degenerative disc disease in his spine and went to jump off the bed this morning causing his disc to slip completely after this happened he was not able to use his hind legs and was in an exreme amount of pain.

Taz loves to play with his toys he also likes to bark at anyone that comes to our door he sometimes even races me downstairs so that he can bark at me as I get downstairs. He is so playful and full of life . He's afraid of Thunder , Fireworks and the vacuum :)

We are unable to afford the surgery he is undergoing we just don't have the ability to come up with that kind of money so quickly. Taz is a member of our family and it will mean the world to us if we are able to get him the kind of care he needs.
