Taz is a 15 year old Yorkshire Terrier in Lancaster, CA, who needs $1,200 for Surgery.

This is my Tazzy poo. He is my 15-year-old baby. My daughter found him as a stray when he was just a puppy about 6 or 7 months old. He and I instantly bonded. He has been with me through cancer treatments, divorce and my bothers death. He is only baby since my Sophie crossed the rainbow bridge in January.

Taz ran face-first into a sliding glass door earlier this week. He started bleeding from his mouth. He has broken several teeth and fractured his jaw. He needs to have surgery to remove his teeth and fix his jaw. My vet assures me he can stand the surgery (strong heart and lungs), but I can't afford it. The wonderful people at AV Animal Hospital gave me several suggestions to help pay.

Tazzy poo is my Velcro dog. Where I go, he goes while I am at home. He loves kids, all of my grandbabies are his favorites people. He is why I get up every day even with my chronic illness. He has his little quirks which even my roommate laughs at. If I try to brush him, he will run away and try to hide behind her (which is why he is so scruffy looking).

This morning he threw up blood clots. I really need to have this surgery done as soon as possible. I am on a low, fixed income because of my illness and I have gotten many rejections from traditional means. Please help me if you can.
