Teddy is a 9 year old Mix-Breed in Litchfield, ME, who needs $2,000 for Mass Removal Surgery.

Teddy came into our life through a friend who needed to rehome her. She joined our family just a few short months after the sudden loss of another beloved pup. She filled a void we weren’t sure could have been filled before she came into our home. Our senior pup immediately fell in love with her and though she wasn’t fond of her puppy antics, she made sure that Teddy was welcomed into the family.

Over the past year Teddy began developing a growth, It hadn’t been very big until the past couple of months when it has doubled if not tripled in I
Size. She has suddenly begun excessive licking it and appears to have scratched it leaving open wounds. We need to get her to the vet to take care of of it ASAP before infection begins.

She is our daughter’s best friend. She is our funny little brown dog who loves to curl up in your lap and snuggle and she always has a snaggle toothed smile to share. She sleeps with me snuggled up to my butt as my personal “hot water bottle.” She loves playing with “her kitty” who is very close in age and her best friend. (Pictured together)

I have been out of work due to my vehicle being broke down, hours at work had been cut and unable to be filled again and losing a couple family members that I cared for in end of life.. we hope to have this spot removed and restore her to her former playful self.
