Tedo is a 16-year-old Chihuahua in Colgate, WI, who needs $1,850 for Dental Surgery.

We rescued Tedo from the Washington County Humane Society. He was abused and we fell in love with him immediately. He has been the best dog we have ever owned. He is very old now and needs dental work. My so who has Myasthenia Gravis is not able to keep up with his care so me and his father are helping him.

Tedo has a soft, plushy ball he loves to play with. He kicks it under his belly and then jumps over it. He is my sons best friend. He sleeps right under the covers with him in his bedroom. He gets up every morning with him and cares for his needs. Since my son is unable to walk very far, I step in and take him to the stop sign and back every day.

His soft, plush ball is so funny to watch as he bites it softly then kicks it underneath his belly. When he is too tired to play he always wants to be held and pet. He has a daytime bed in our living room. He has a soft blanket that he uses to scratch until he can bury himself underneath to get warm.

Right before Covid hit us we took Tedo to a veterinarian. We were told he needed a bad tooth pulled. He had blood work done but we could not afford the $2,000 procedure. Tedo has been in pain for almost 3 years. He has been very tolerant and has tried his best not to whine. We know that his age is a consideration.

We have had numerous financial setbacks throughout the years. Our children were born sick. Fathers business didn’t keep up with inflation and mother is on disability.
