Theo’s next step toward healing is urgent. He needs eye removal surgery, hospitalization, and continued medical care—and these are not small expenses. Right now, we are struggling to cover what he needs to survive.

Theo was found discarded in a pile of garbage in Cairo, Egypt. Emaciated. Blind. His tiny body crawling with parasites. Every movement clearly painful. He had every reason to give up… but he didn’t.

And that’s what makes this so heavy.

Because despite everything he’s endured, Theo is still fighting. Still leaning into gentle hands. Still choosing to trust.

To some, he may look like just another street dog. But to us, Theo represents why we do this work. He is the forgotten. The overlooked. The ones who suffer silently until someone finally sees them.
