Thomas is a 9 year old American Shorthair in Mars Hill, NC, who needs $2,000 for CT Scan.

As I moved to another town I found this small little boy under a car in the pouring rain. I took him in and put him in the mobile home I was remodeling. He moved in before me and everyday I would go to the new place and feed and water and play with him. He has become one of the loves of my life along with my other cats I have now. We have lived in 4 different places together. It has been 8 years.

Out of nowhere Thomas began limping and dropping his tail. I was blessed by the ACW as they paid for the X-rays weeks ago. Now after X-rays, bloodwork, diabetes tests, and more X-rays it is difficult to see what is wrong with him. He is in very much pain and had a methadone shot and still shows signs of major pain. He needs a CT scan ASAP to see if it can solve the issue. I don’t want to lose him.

Thomas is the most special boy. He is the sweetest most cuddly male cat. He’s not as rambunctious as other gingers. He loves to play in the hall and cuddle in the bed. He’s so handsome and knows it. He loves his sisters. He has 4 of them. They will play together and sleep together. He’s a lap cat that loves affection and any food he can have. He enjoys belly rubs and head scratches. He just LOVES.

I am currently on SSI and have no job. I used to work for a bank at home. They moved back in office and I have no vehicle. I have a very limited income but I provide everything and more for my babies. I go without , for sure, to make sure they are taken such good care of.
