I have had Thor since he was 8 weeks old and he's always had great eyes but lately his year production has been increasing and I noticed I couldn't see his bottom eye lashes so I took him in and he needs an Entropion surgery from the Eye specialist for $2813. I can pay some but not all of it and I need some help
