About this campaign
I found this baby tangled in a thorn bush mewling for help at midnight while exploring an abandoned village. There were no other cats or kittens around. She is extremely well-mannered but has trouble latching and only weighed 7oz when I found her. She is currently 8.8oz, two full days after I rescued her. Her eyes are fully open and she can clumsily walk, but she's very small.
She is living in a box box when a heating pad, blankets, and a small litter box to encourage her to use it. She is very sweet towards all members of the family and has begun purring when we feed and clean her. She loves to cuddle up in soft sweaters and she has been licking our hands and fingers and using us to clean her face where she can't reach.
She's very vocal and curious! When she's not sleeping, she's meowing and wandering around her box sniffing and exploring. She's much more lively than she was when we found her, which gives me so much hope. I love when she kneads on my sweater and purrs into my chest. She's so beautiful and sweet.
As she is only 2-3 weeks old, she's very small and hasn't defecated while we've had her. It's a cause for concern so I'm trying to get her to the vet asap. She'll most likely be taken to Troy Animal Clinic, but I need financial help. She seems to be the runt of the litter and I wonder if she was abandoned because she's much smaller than usual and has troubles latching to the bottle.
I've been unemployed for a few months despite going to job interviews. I have little money currently as I had a problem with my federal taxes from April and must pay $250 for my mistake. I need any help I can possibly get, everything would be such a blessing for us and her.
