About this campaign

We took in Tiger from someone who’s cat kept having kittens. We took in two cats that nobody wanted from a previous litter. We have 3 cats and a puppy. We name him Tiger because he is orange and looks like a tiger. Tiger was doing well the first year we had him but for some reason his health has started declining.

Tiger likes to sit around and chill. Tiger is a very laid back cat that enjoys our company and loves getting pet. Tiger seems to know when my wife is anxious because he is attached to her everyday and everywhere she goes Tiger is there. Tiger seems to keep the peace in our house and is happy go lucky.

Since taking him to multiple vets , we have run into a financial situation that has us working paycheck to paycheck. We can not afford to pay for any visits to the vet. We do not want to have to put him down.

We contact Open Door Vet in Asheville, NC to try and get help for our Tiger boy. We have been to multiple vets trying to figure out what is wrong with him. He has urinary track issues that had gotten so bad he couldn’t urinate and was barely moving. We heard about a surgery that could help him live a normal cat life.

Tiger is lovable but very fragile. He is so caring once he gets used to you. He has high anxiety but is the most lovable out of our three cats. Tiger is special because he helps my wife with her anxiety and they feed off of each other. Without tiger my wife would have a difficult time with her anxiety.
