Early October 2012, 2 very small adorable kittens showed up on my steps. As I was selling the house for my family, I didn't want to start feeding them and they looked healthy. They kept coming and weeks later Hurricane Sandy arrived. The 2 Kitts were hiding in my bushes so I brought them in and they refused to leave me. A few years later, TIGERBOY nursed me through 4 open heart surgeries. )

TIGERBOY is suffering from a very resistant UTI which we've been treating with various meds since May 22, 2026! He developed an abcess from overlicking, is in pain & now wearing a collar. He needs a sonogram and another Urine culture asap but I can't afford it after 5 visits & meds. I'm on SSI. We're stressed in a hotel room for the past 8 mos awaiting an apartment. TIGERBOY looks & acts so much younger than his years like his super senior Mom. Sadly, his sister passed away last winter, so its been extra hard for us both. TIGERBOY literally saved my life while I was recouperating from 4 different open heart surgeries. He say as close to my heart as he could purring & followed my every move. We deserve and need to continue to be each others emotional support.

I'm awaiting senior housing, now living in a small hotel room with TIGERBOY & my belongings are in storage. I earn little from royalties as an author but we'll soon be in an apartment so I'll be able to get back to work as a union actress & motivational speaker.
