Tiller, a sweet little cat, was found outside in a storm late at night. He was hurt, bleeding, and couldn't even stand to find shelter from the rain. It seemed like he had been hit by a car.

Thankfully, some kind students on campus found him and called for help. Animal control came and took him to the emergency room right away.

Without an owner, the ER policy is to euthanize but, fortunately, they called us first, One By One Animal Advocates to see if we will accept. Of course we did!

Tiller has a severely fractured leg at the distal femur, which can’t be saved. He’ll need to have it amputated. The vet team were concerned about head or chest trauma because his nose hasn’t stopped bleeding, but additional XRYs didn’t reveal internal damage.

Now, he needs to be hospitalized and observed, treated for pain, shock, infection, and have his leg amputated. Please help us save Tiller! Your donation is big or small, will go a long way.
