About this campaign
Just one week old, tiny Tillie should be curled up next to her mama, safe and warm. Instead, this fragile baby girl was found tangled in netting—her delicate body already bearing the trauma of deep, infected wounds. No one knows how long she was out there, but by the time she was found, she was in desperate need of help.
Today, Tillie is in the ER, wrapped not in danger but in the smallest, gentlest bandages they make. She’s on IV fluids and medications, her wounds are being carefully cleaned and treated, and she’s getting around-the-clock care from a dedicated veterinary team. Her body is so little, but her will to live is so big. She doesn’t even know it yet, but she’s already showing us how strong she is.
Because she’s so young, Tillie isn’t able to eat on her own yet. She’s being tube-fed by the incredible ER staff as she slowly learns to suckle. Every hour, every gentle feeding, every bandage change is a small miracle in her fight to survive.
But ER care is expensive—especially when it involves intensive treatment for a newborn this fragile. She’s expected to stay for a few more days, and the costs are already adding up fast. Please donate and help give Tillie a real chance at the life she deserves.
Update 5/13/25:
After a rough start and a serious injury that kept her from nursing for over a week, Tillie is finally getting some much-needed one-on-one time with her momma, Poppy. 💕
While all the puppies in the litter are doing great, Tillie is now playing catch-up — and she’s doing it with attitude! Her foster mom describes her as loud and feisty (with a smile, of course), and that’s exactly what everyone wants to hear. Because not long ago, Tillie was silent, in pain, and alone.
Now, her little voice is full of life. She's healing, she's growing, and she’s proving just how strong she is.
