Timmy was found in a box as a kitten when I was 17 years old, we brought him home and he’s been with us for 10 years now, I’m 27 and he’s an integral part of my household

Timmy recently became less active, more lethargic, playing less, eating less over the past few days, when I came home from work I found him hiding under the bed, breathing in a short unusual manner and he wouldn’t come out, or accept food or water.
We took him to the closest vet and he’s was taken back right away where they discovered infection related fluid around his lungs

Timmy is and always has been quarky, he has a RBF like no other and while sometimes sassy, he’s actually the sweetest cat, he’s 10 but plays like he’s still a kitten, and absolutely adore cuddling with anyone at all, he’s always been an indoor only cat and we like to think it’s because he doesn’t wanna get his tuxedo dirty
