Tiny is a 9-year-old Mixed in Richlands, VA, who needs $1,000 for Salivatory Gland Removal.

Tiny has been in our life since around 2012. She is a mixed breed (thought to include Collie). She is a lovable dog, but can have an attitude at times. She has had genetic issues her whole life including an umbilical hernia (not removed as the vet said it is fine as it doesn’t hurt her) and salivatory gland cysts. Her first surgery costed $1000 and was done by Dr. Roy Wright.

Tiny has a human mommy, daddy and maw-maw that love her very much! She does have issues with some dogs while being the best of friends with others (remember she has attitude issues). She is great with children, she loves rabbits and she loves to nap. She likes to have a job when possible (rounding up animals). She does sometimes go car riding with one of her dog sister’s, Pepper.

We are on a fixed income and I am a college student plus I rescue as many animals in my area as I can to help them in desperate times. We live in a rural area so there is always an animal in need.

She has salivatory gland cysts and one side was removed by Dr Roy Wright which costed $1000 for surgery, meds and overnight stay. I have no more money on my CareCredit and she now needs the second salivatory gland taken out as her neck/mouth is swollen which causes pain, infection and drooling. She is healthy and happy otherwise, but obviously must have surgery.

She is special because she came from a hoarding issue with a lot of genetic issues and we have helped her, loved her and spoiled her to the best of our ability. She has been in our family since 2012 and we don’t want her to go anywhere anytime soon. She has big eyes that are so sweet, adorable floppy ears and can be very funny at times!
